Customized nutrition at it’s finest. What we’ve learned over the years is that one diet doesn’t work for everyone. We each have unique body chemistry which requires a different diet in order to be able to function optimally. The Accelerator Program will test you with an in depth questionnaire which addresses physical, mental, emotional and dietary traits to determine an optimal diet for you. Benefits don’t just include ideal body weight and composition but also increased energy, thought processes, freedom from cravings, elimination of certain disease processes, enhanced mood, quality of sleep and general well-being.
Over a 3 month period, you’ll have your own personal nutrition coach to check in with every week. We’ll look at your cravings, mood, sleep, digestion, energy, body weight and make any adjustments to your plan as needed to reach your goals. We’ll recommend targeted supplements specific for your type. The plan is created specifically with your ideal foods for you type. Additionally, we’ll have weekly lessons and videos on a variety of topics such as macro-nutrients, meal planning, eating out, cortisol & insulin levels, intermittent fasting, exercise recommendations and long term goal planning.
