FAQs

Personal training can mean many different things depending on the person – that’s what makes it personal! A client can choose to train with their trainer 5x per week, 3x per week, 2x per week, 1x per week, once every two weeks, or even once per month.

 

At the very least, clients should visit their trainer every six weeks to make a few adjustments to their program. This ensures that you’re always progressing – too many people stay on the same program for an extended period of time only to experience a plateau, get frustrated and give up. In order to continually get results, regular appointments are critical to plan small changes that will keep your muscles and metabolism working efficiently to reach your goals.

Semi-private training allows you to enjoy the benefits of an individualized workout with a personal trainer and with one of your friends. This can add a fun, social, and more competitive aspect to your training! One of our skilled trainers will create a custom program for you and a friend that suits both of your needs.
